Site Manager Competencies

• Has a minimum of ten years in an automotive production environment
• Has been trained and has complete knowledge of safety lockout procedures
• Understands plant safety practices, toolbox talks, and proper PPE
• Experience with Union trades
• Has supervised automotive installations
• Understands the process of kit installation
• Directed all trades
• Responsible for weekend work schedules
• Knowledge of system layouts
• Has a minimum of the following training:

Hazard Communications

OSHA 10 General Industrial

OSHA 30 General Industrial

Fanuc – ABB robot/weld tech training course
